Weekend availability and holiday availability. Mixed Shifts/ Morning Shift & Evenings 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM / 3:30 PM to 11:00PM - Primary Responsibilities Monitor all entry and exit points to ensure only authorized individuals enter the premises Verify customer and employee identification in compliance with state cannabis regulations Enforce age restrictions and prevent unauthorized access to restricted areas Maintain a visible security presence to deter theft, diversion, and disruptive behavior Keeping the area clean in the security office and outside. R Providing to customers the deals we are providing Mop, sweep/vacuum the security office. Maintaining a clean workspace at all times. Surveillance & Monitoring Operate and monitor CCTV systems covering sales floors, entrances, vaults, and perimeter areas Conduct regular patrols of interior and exterior areas, including parking lots Report and document suspicious activity, incidents, or safety hazards Ensure all surveillance equipment is operational and report malfunctions immediately Emergency & Incident Response Respond quickly to alarms, disturbances, medical emergencies, or criminal activity De-escalate conflicts and handle disruptive individuals professionally Coordinate with management and law enforcement when necessary Compliance & Policy Enforcement Enforce dispensary policies, safety procedures, and state/local cannabis laws Ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory security requirements Maintain confidentiality of customer, employee, and business information Customer & Staff Interaction Provide professional, respectful customer service while maintaining firm security standards Assist staff during high-traffic periods or security-sensitive situations Communicate clearly with team members and management Providing to customers the deals we have Facility Safety Identify and address safety risks (slips, hazards, blocked exits) Ensure emergency exits are clear and accessible Support evacuation procedures if required Keeping the area clean in the security office and outside ' Janitorial duties such as taking trash out, mopping and sweeping the security office, emptying humidifiers, etc. - You are the first person the customer views so, providing exceptional customer service and offering the deals we have.
