- Lead Officer (2nd Shift)
Location:
Marlborough, MA Pay Rate:
$22.50/hrFull-Time Schedule:
Monday- Friday, 4:00PM
- 12:00
AM Part-Time Schedule:
Saturday/Sunday, 4:00PM- 12:00AM A Lead Officer is responsible for overseeing daily security operations at assigned client sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Supervise Security Officers and Lead Officers, ensuring all duties are performed in accordance with post orders and company policies.Training & Development:
Train new and existing staff, review post procedures, and ensure team readiness.Scheduling & Coverage:
Coordinate shift coverage and ensure all posts are staffed appropriately.Client Relations:
Serve as the primary point of contact for client representatives, addressing concerns and ensuring service excellence.Incident Management:
Respond to emergencies, conduct investigations, and file detailed reports.Performance Management:
Coach, discipline, and evaluate staff performance; document actions and escalate as needed.Patrolling & Inspections:
Conduct regular site inspections and patrols to ensure safety and compliance.Administrative Support:
Assist with payroll, personnel documentation, and report submissions.Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 2 years of security or supervisory experience (prior hospital experience preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Proficient in intermediate computer use and report writing.
- Reliable transportation and communication.
- Experience onbaording and training new hires is a plus.
