79 Per Hour / Paid Orientation / Paid Training Candidate is Required to Have a Concealed Carry Permit and 1+ Years of Previous Security Experience As a Security Officer in Plymouth, MA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer at a government transportation location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to concerns, and provide professional customer service and communication. You will support a caring, reliable team that puts people first, works with integrity, and delivers innovative solutions through teamwork. A concealed carry weapons permit is required for this armed position.

PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to government transportation facility personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random armed patrols of transportation facilities, adjacent grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity and support site operations. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following applicable post orders and reporting procedures. Monitor access points and help enforce visitor, employee, contractor, and vehicle entry requirements in accordance with site-specific policies. Prepare clear, accurate reports and promptly communicate observed hazards, incidents, and security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
Minimum Requirements:
Possess a valid concealed carry weapons permit. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
