As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a premier hotel and resort location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control, and respond to alarms as needed. You will deliver welcoming customer service and clear communication to guests and staff while contributing to a caring, reliable team that acts with integrity.

PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to guest concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout hotel grounds, guest areas, employee areas, parking facilities, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or hazards. Monitor access points and support visitor management practices in accordance with site-specific procedures. Document observations, incidents, and security-related activities accurately and communicate relevant information to hotel management and Allied Universal leadership.
Minimum Requirements:
Have at least 2 years of security-related experience. Must be 21 years of age or older Access control and badge experience is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Loss prevention experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
