Competitive salary Flexible schedule Benefits/Perks Career Advancement Opportunities Competitive Compensation Flexible Schedule Job Summary The Unarmed Site Supervisor is responsible for running security operations on their assigned shift at the client site. This role ensures guards are on post, following procedures, and providing quality service. The supervisor serves as the main point of contact between on-site staff and company management, and is responsible for leading the team through hands-on supervision, coaching, recognition, and corrective action within approved authority. Responsibilities Supervise and support security officers on assigned shifts to ensure posts are covered and procedures are followed Enforce site post orders, contract requirements, and company policies Serve as the primary point of contact between on-site staff, company management, and the client during assigned shifts Monitor attendance, punctuality, and performance; provide coaching, recognition, and corrective action within approved authority Ensure accurate completion of incident reports, activity logs, and other required documentation Respond to routine and emergency situations calmly and professionally Administer site safety practices, including vehicle and driving safety where applicable Utilize scheduling, reporting, and operational software to support effective site management Maintain a professional presence and deliver consistent customer service Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Must be at least 21 years of age Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to interact professionally with staff, clients, and the public Ability to exercise sound judgment and initiative within established guidelines Ability to read, understand, and follow post orders and operating procedures Must meet all applicable state and local licensing requirements For driving positions: valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to safely operate a patrol vehicle Must pass a background investigation Ability to work in various environments and remain on foot for extended periods; occasional lifting up to 40 pounds
