Fort Washington, MD FLEX Schedule (need to be available weekends) About the Role Protection Enforcement Agency LLC is seeking professional Armed Security Officers to join our Maryland team. The ideal candidate is dependable, punctual, and capable of maintaining a professional presence while ensuring the safety of clients, property, and the public. Responsibilities Conduct patrols and maintain high visibility at assigned posts Deter and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, or policy violations Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies in accordance with company protocols Maintain daily activity logs and incident reports Ensure compliance with site-specific post orders and client requirements Requirements Must possess a valid Maryland Guard Card, Maryland HQL (if MD resident), and Maryland Wear and Carry Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must have your own security equipment to include Vest, Tactical Belt, Level 2 retention holster and Firearm. Strong communication and situational awareness skills Ability to stand or patrol for extended periods Professional appearance and demeanor at all times Benefits & Details Bi-weekly pay Opportunities for advancement and special assignments Work directly with a management team that values professionalism and integrity
