Security GSOC Supervisor Location:

Mon. - Fri., 7a-3p - additional hours as needed for site operations Build Your Future with SCIS and join our team! SCIS is seeking an energetic Supervisor responsible for overseeing shift operations within the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) at an assigned client site .

What You'll Do:

Supervise and support GSOC analysts in monitoring alarms, access control, and surveillance systems. Lead daily shift operations in a 24/7 environment, including thorough shift handovers to maintain continuity. Assess security alerts, incidents, and intelligence reports, ensuring proper escalation and documentation. Coordinate incident response and communication with internal partners (Security, Facilities, HR, IT) and external agencies. Monitor threat intelligence, travel risk updates, and global events, delivering timely shift briefings and situational awareness. Ensure compliance with GSOC policies, procedures, and operational protocols, and maintain system readiness. Assist with incident investigations and post‑incident reporting. Identify operational gaps and recommend process / technology improvements; support the GSOC Manager with reporting and enhancement initiatives. Support training, onboarding, and ongoing development of GSOC analysts.

What You Bring:

US citizenship Associate's degree (preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience, with at least 3 years of Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience, 3 years of GSOC and 3 years of Supervisory Experience Must have active DoD Secret Clearance Strong ability to lead teams, resolve issues, and maintain professional relationships Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and other computer applications Strong verbal and written communication skills Able to obtain MD guard card upon hire
