Job Summary Join our dedicated team as a Campus Resource Officer, where you will serve as a vital part of the campus community. This role ensures there are minimal disruptions to our educational and boarding community. Ensuring a safe, secure, and positive environment for students, staff, and visitors. Your proactive approach will help promote safety, discipline, and respectful relationships across campus. Responsibilities Maintain a visible presence on campus to deter misconduct and promote safety through patrols and active engagement before, during and after school. Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, or disturbances, applying appropriate procedures and conflict management techniques. Collaborate with school administrators to enforce safety plans, conduct surveillance activities, and implement security and staftey protocols. Monitor in-school-suspension and after school detention. Conduct dorm-room checks and enfource cleaning schedules. Operate standard passenger cars safely while adhering to driving regulations for student's doctor visits or special request. Qualifications Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor youth while maintaining authority Certification in first aid and CPR; ability to respond effectively during medical emergencies. Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor youth while maintaining authority Physical conditioning sufficient for patrol duties including standing for extended periods and performing physically demanding tasks. Valid driver's license with experience operating standard passenger vehicles safely; driving record must meet departmental standards. Excellent report writing skills with attention to detail; ability to document incidents accurately and thoroughly.
