•MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Security Task Lead to join our team in Linthicum, MD. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: You will provide overall management and oversight of all activities performed by Contractor personnel, including subcontractors, to satisfy the requirements identified in the PWS. Facilitate Government and Contractor communications to ensure seamless integration and operational awareness. Utilize industry-best standards and proven methodologies to track and document requirements and activities. Ensure continuous monitoring and evaluation by the Government by maintaining accurate and up-to-date program documentation. Guarantee the quality and efficiency of the Contractor's performance and ensure all tasks are accomplished in accordance with the PWS. Assist the Government with all financial and business processes related to the PWS, excluding inherently Governmental functions. Proactively alert the Government to potential contractual, programmatic, and resource limitation issues while exercising the authority to make decisions and commit the prime Contractor.
Minimum Qualifications:
Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC). Three years of experience within the last ten years managing a Security program of similar size and complexity to this PWS. Demonstrated capability to provide overall management and oversight for Contractor and subcontractor personnel. Proven track record of applying industry-best standards and methodologies to track and document program requirements. Documented experience assisting with financial and business processes while maintaining the authority to make executive decisions for a prime contractor organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced expertise in continuous monitoring frameworks and evaluation methodologies for federal security programs. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills demonstrated through proactive engagement with senior Government stakeholders. Extensive background in rapidly identifying and mitigating programmatic or resource limitation risks in dynamic environments.
Clearance Requirements:
Candidates must hold a Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, and related equipment. Frequently communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, and be able to successfully exchange accurate information in these situations. The projected compensation range for this position is $142,200.00-$254,000.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
