Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Technician/Service Technician at S-Core Technologies in the Washington DC-Baltimore Area. The Lead Technician will be responsible for overseeing the daily onsite operations and maintenance of security systems, conducting troubleshooting and repairs, and providing technical support to clients. They will also assist in system installations and upgrades, and collaborate with S-Core's operational and sale team to provide extreme customer service to clients.
