The Schedule We Are Hiring For Thursday & Sunday | 6:00pm - 11:00pm Friday & Saturday | 6:00pm - 12:00am About Us Premiere Security Services, Inc. provides professional security solutions throughout Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. We are committed to excellence, reliability, and professionalism while safeguarding the people, property, and environments entrusted to us. Our Security Officers serve as visible representatives of our company and the communities we protect. Position Designation This position is designated for Access Control and Foot Patrol. Position Summary Premiere Security Services, Inc. is seeking dedicated and experienced Unarmed Security Officers to provide continuous access control services at an educational facility. Security Officers will be responsible for monitoring all persons and vehicles entering and exiting the property, ensuring safe and authorized access for teachers, staff, students, and visitors. The role includes maintaining a professional and visible presence to deter unauthorized entry or exit, vandalism, loitering, and theft. Security Officers must demonstrate strong observational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication while enforcing site-specific security procedures and responding appropriately to incidents as they arise. Security Officers will also be required to perform a Foot Patrol of all buildings before closing the post to ensure that all buildings are free from unauthorized persons and properly secured for the night. Requirements- Must have an active Maryland Guard Card (Unarmed) at the time of interview.
- Minimum of two (2) years of security experience required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
- Dependable, punctual, and professional at all times.
- Must maintain a well-groomed, clean-cut appearance that reflects a professional image at all times while on duty.
- Must have a working email address.
- Must be able to operate a smartphone for reporting, communication, and documentation purposes.
- Must have strong working knowledge of PC, smartphone, and tablet use.
- Ability to stand and walk extended periods of time.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License and personal vehicle. - Must be able to pass a background investigation. Notes
