Friday-Sunday (Flex Officer)

Available Shifts:

7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm Greet all visitors, guests, and staff in a professional, courteous, and respectful manner Monitor building entry points to ensure only authorized individuals are permitted access Maintain visitor logs, issue badges, and verify appointments or service details Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries, directing guests appropriately or notifying relevant personnel Observe and report any suspicious behavior, safety hazards, or unusual activity at the front entrance or lobby Operate and monitor surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and communication devices Maintain a calm, welcoming presence during sensitive services or high-traffic times Assist with coordinating funeral service logistics, including helping guests with directions or parking information when needed Enforce facility policies and protocols while maintaining discretion and empathy Respond quickly and appropriately to emergency situations, including medical incidents, disturbances, or fire alarms Complete daily shift reports, incident logs, and documentation of any irregular activity Collaborate with other security personnel and management to maintain a safe, peaceful environment Ensure front desk area remains clean, organized, and professional at all times Perform additional security-related tasks as assigned by supervisors Dunbar Security Solutions is a trusted provider of professional security services.
