Duties:

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of the premises
• Operate CCTV and other surveillance equipment to detect and prevent unauthorized activities
• Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances or suspicious behavior
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and employees with inquiries or concerns
• Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment
• Conduct regular inspections of access points, equipment, and property to identify potential security risks
• Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of daily activities

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
• Strong observation skills with the ability to quickly assess situations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
