Job Summary We are seeking a vigilant and proactive Bouncer/Doorman to ensure the safety and security of our staff and guests. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact, managing access control, maintaining order, and responding swiftly to any incidents. Your energetic presence will help create a welcoming yet secure environment where everyone can enjoy their experience confidently. Responsibilities Manage entry and exit points and verifying identification. Perform physical security duties including patrolling premises regularly and maintaining a visible security presence. De-escalate conflicts using conflict management techniques, ensuring a safe environment for all guests and staff.
