In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact, managing access control, maintaining order, and responding swiftly to any incidents. Your energetic presence will help create a welcoming yet secure environment where everyone can enjoy their experience confidently. Responsibilities Manage entry and exit points and verifying identification. Perform physical security duties including patrolling premises regularly and maintaining a visible security presence. De-escalate conflicts using conflict management techniques, ensuring a safe environment for all guests and staff.
