Immediate openings available, Weekly Pay! We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires strong observational skills, the ability to manage conflicts effectively, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols. Duties Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity. Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, ensuring the safety of all personnel on-site. Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to ensure comprehensive coverage of the premises. Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. Provide first aid and CPR assistance when necessary, ensuring immediate care for any injuries or medical emergencies. Document incidents, accidents, and any unusual occurrences in detailed reports for further review. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required, providing necessary information during investigations. Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying potential theft or security breaches within the facility. Requirements Previous experience in law enforcement or security roles is highly desirable. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations effectively. Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred; candidates must be willing to obtain these certifications if not already held. Familiarity with surveillance equipment such as CCTV systems is essential for monitoring activities effectively. Knowledge of loss prevention strategies and techniques is a plus. A background in military service may be beneficial but is not mandatory. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups of people. Must be able to pass background checks as required by company policies.
