Part-time, average of 14-16 hours per week - 2 days a week from 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. Some day shifts may also be required, start times 6:00 a.m. or 3:00 p.m. Must be available weekday, weekends. Must be available to work primarily over night with some morning and evenings. The Security Officer plays a key role in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for all guests, team members, and visitors across the Bavarian Inn Lodge, including the Conference Center, Bavarian Blast, all food and beverage areas, guest rooms, and the Family Fun Center. This position works closely with and supports the Manager on Duty (MOD) department, responding to incidents and assisting during escalated situations.
Compensation Package:

Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or hospitality preferred. CPR training and certification are required. (Classes will be provided for those who are not certified before being hired) Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Observant and detail oriented. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Dependable and self-motivated. Physically able to patrol interior and exterior of property on foot for extended periods. Basic computer and report-writing skills. Willingness to work a flexible schedule. Commitment to maintaining a respectful and inclusive workplace.
