The Campus Safety & Security Officer serves as a member of the Security and Operations Systems Department. They will be knowledgeable in the areas of the facility (i.e. Student Services, Bookstore, Classrooms, Library, Technical Center, grounds, ect.) This position is responsible for oversight of campus ingress and egress and serves as the central point for information to students, staff, and visitors. The Campus Safety & Security Officer needs to be proficient in the College's Emergency Action Plan. As they interact with staff, students, and guests. Individuals in this position must demonstrate professionalism and be service-oriented. The Campus Safety & Security Officer oversees the evening operations, safety, and security of the college sports arena/campus. This role serves as the primary point of contact for students, athletes, coaches, and visitors. The position requires a mix of facility oversight, customer service, and event support, to include occasional weekends.
