Mission:
Security Transporter at Spectrum Justice Services Are you a vigilant, safety-minded professional looking to make a tangible impact on the lives of young men? Spectrum Justice Services is seeking dedicated individuals to join our security team in Highland Park, MI . As a Security Transporter , you are the front line of safety, ensuring secure movement and a stable environment for youth ages 12 to 20 within our high-security residential treatment facility.
Your Impact:
Safety & Security in Action In this role, your primary mission is to protect our youth, staff, and community.
You will be responsible for:
Secure Transportation:
Managing the safe travel and transportation of youth participants.
Vigilant Monitoring:
Overseeing outdoor recreation areas and tracking both authorized and unauthorized visitors.
Rapid Response:
Acting as a first responder to any crisis situations occurring on or off facility grounds.
Operational Oversight:
Ensuring building fire safety and monitoring staff access and daily program operations. Our Approach Since 1976, Spectrum has been committed to the dignity and respect of every individual. Qualifications & Characteristics Education:

Clearances:
Must obtain DHHS Central Registry, Criminal Background, and National Sex Offender Registry clearances.
Availability:
