$15.00 per hour (USD) Job Responsibilities Maintain a visible security presence at assigned facilities to deter unauthorized activity. Patrol premises on foot or by vehicle, following established routes and schedules. Monitor security systems, including CCTV, alarms, and access control devices. Conduct routine inspections of doors, windows, and other entry points to ensure they remain secure. Respond promptly to incident reports, alarms, and calls for assistance, documenting all actions taken. Enforce company policies, local regulations, and legal requirements without the use of firearms. Prepare detailed daily reports, incident logs, and shift handover documentation. Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary. Provide excellent customer service to employees, visitors, and clients, maintaining professionalism at all times. Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to obtain and maintain any required state security certifications. Strong observational and situational awareness skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Physical fitness to stand, walk, and respond to emergencies for extended periods. High level of integrity, dependability, and punctuality. Desired Experience Prior experience in unarmed security, loss prevention, or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with basic security technology (CCTV, alarm panels, access control) is advantageous. Experience interacting with diverse groups of people in a professional setting.
