PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Monitor and control access to facilities, restricted areas, and visitor entry points by verifying credentials, issuing visitor passes, maintaining access logs, and following established escalation procedures. Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency personnel. Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, lobbies, parking areas, and the business perimeter to identify and report security-related concerns and help to deter unauthorized access. Maintain accurate records of visitor activity, deliveries, incidents, and access control concerns in accordance with site procedures and Allied Universal reporting requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
