Job Overview Frontline Security Services, LLC is hiring dependable and professional event security guards for assignments throughout Bay County and Saginaw County. Officers may be assigned to fairs, festivals, community events, private functions, entertainment venues, sporting events, municipal events, and other temporary security assignments. This is an on-call event position. Work hours and locations will vary based on client needs and scheduled events. Most assignments may occur during evenings, weekends, and holidays. Responsibilities Maintain a visible and professional security presence Patrol assigned event areas Monitor entrances, exits, crowds, parking areas, and restricted locations Assist with access control and credential verification Help maintain crowd order and enforce event policies Identify and report suspicious activity, disturbances, and safety hazards Respond professionally to guest concerns and minor disputes Contact supervisors, event management, law enforcement, or emergency services when necessary Complete written incident reports and shift documentation Follow all post orders and supervisor instructions Remain alert and at the assigned post throughout the shift Qualifications Security experience preferred Must be at least 18 years old Must be dependable and report to assignments on time Professional appearance and communication skills Ability to remain calm and professional during stressful situations Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to work indoors or outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable transportation throughout Bay and Saginaw Counties Ability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays Must successfully complete applicable screening and hiring requirements Schedule Schedules will vary depending on upcoming events and client needs.

Typical assignments may include:

Evening shifts Weekend shifts Four- to eight-hour event assignments Short-notice or supplemental coverage Seasonal and recurring community events Applicants may accept assignments based on their availability. Hours are not guaranteed and will depend on scheduled events. Compensation $13.75 up to $15.00 per hour Additional assignments may become available for dependable officers who demonstrate strong attendance, professionalism, good judgment, and reliable job performance.
