As a Security Guard Mobile Patrol Driver in Maple Grove, MN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. This driving position requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. You will deliver exceptional customer service and communication while supporting a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative team that acts with integrity.

PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, production areas, offices, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions. Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, helping to maintain an orderly environment. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures. Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance-related concerns to appropriate personnel and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

At least one year of security-related experience is required. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 21 years of age Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
