Student Support/Security Monitor- Richfield High School Richfield Public Schools 7001 Harriet Ave (Show on map) Sep 14, 2026 The Richfield Public School District is now accepting applications for a full-time Student Support/Security Monitor at Richfield High School for the 2026-2027 school year. This position will assist building level administration with ensuring the safety and security of students, staff, site guests and District property through diligent observations, interactions, appropriate interventions or investigations, searches, timely incident reports and ongoing input during meetings on established safety and security policies and practices. The Richfield Public School District is in the heart of the Twin Cities Metropolitan area and serves a diverse student population in Richfield and the surrounding communities. Qualifications:

High School or GED equivalent.

Security experience preferred, but not necessary.

Desire and ability to develop relationships with both students and adults; self-motivated; responsible and dependable; conflict resolution.

Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Pay Rate:

$22.19-$24.65 (Based on education and experience).
