Responsibilities Conduct regular patrols of the premises to monitor for suspicious activity or safety hazards using CCTV systems and physical inspections Manage access control systems to verify identities and authorize entry for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors Respond promptly to emergency situations following established procedures, including fire alarms, medical incidents, or security breaches Write detailed incident reports documenting any security-related events or concerns with clarity and accuracy Enforce security regulations while managing conflicts through de-escalation techniques and conflict management skills Requirements Proven experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly preferred Knowledge of surveillance techniques including CCTV operation and monitoring Ability to perform manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting when necessary for equipment or incident response Certification in first aid, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), AED operation, and fire safety is beneficial.
