You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor access points and alarms, and provide welcoming customer service. AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, loading zones, common areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity. Respond to incidents, alarms, access issues, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as directed by procedures. Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, maintain required logs, and report security-related concerns in accordance with site policies. Complete accurate incident reports, patrol documentation, and shift communications while maintaining a professional presence and following Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. X-ray screening experience is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
