Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to security, effective communication skills, and the ability to handle various situations with professionalism and composure. Duties Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security. Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies. Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to identify suspicious activities. Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a visible presence. Provide first aid and CPR assistance when necessary. Manage conflicts effectively to de-escalate potentially volatile situations. Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying theft or misconduct. Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities during shifts. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed. Qualifications Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Excellent observational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Must pass background checks as required by company policy.
