Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Columbia, MO , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic retail location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This driving post requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to shoppers, visitors, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, parking areas, receiving areas, and the perimeter, to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and observe customer and employee activity for unusual conditions, reporting concerns according to site-specific procedures. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate store contacts and emergency services as needed. Document observations, incidents, and daily activities in required reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
