HIRING IMMEDIATELY
Sunstates Security is hiring an experienced Full-Time Site Supervisor at a client site in Columbia, MO. T his position offers a pay rate of $19.00/hr, paid weekly. Security Supervisors are responsible for the daily functioning of a contract site including operations, customer service, personnel management, security & safety in accordance with Sunstates objectives.
Job Requirements Requirements:
2 years+ of supervisor experience. 2+ years of previous security, military, or law enforcement preferred. Must be flexible with hours. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work weekends, holidays, and all shifts. Must have reliable transportation. Read and understand written instruction and communicate information and ideas in clear and concise written form. Mentally analyze a situation, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure in the area of responsibility. Exceptional Report Writing Skills. A Site Supervisor may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Site Supervisor must read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
