The Security Supervisor is responsible for the daily operation of the Security Department when assigned shifts as a security leader, ensuring the safety and security of guests, team members, company assets, and gaming operations. This position directs Security Officers during assigned shifts, administers security systems and programs, maintains compliance with Missouri Gaming Commission regulations and internal controls, and serves as a key leader in emergency response, employee development, and operational effectiveness. The Dual Rate Supervisor acts on behalf of the Security Shift Supervisor when required and ensures all security operations are conducted in a professional, efficient, and compliant manner. When not acting as a supervisor, will be assigned shifts to act in the Security Officer role part of the time In this role you will be paid hourly and you will be eligible for benefits after 90 days of employment.
