Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant doorman/bouncer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our customers, and checking identification at the door. This role requires a proactive approach to security, excellent observational skills, and the ability to respond effectively to various situations. Duties Check I.Ds for visiting patrons. Manage conflicts and de-escalate situations effectively. Qualifications Experience in conflict management and surveillance techniques. Background in law enforcement or military service is a plus. Strong observational skills with attention to detail. Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond appropriately in emergencies. Excellent communication skills.
