Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Unarmed Security Guard to join our security team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment across various premises by monitoring activities, conducting patrols, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. The ideal candidate will possess strong observational skills, conflict management abilities, and a commitment to customer service. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the safety and well-being of the community while supporting operational security measures. 3rd shift 11pm to 7am. Weekly pay and benefits. Responsibilities Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter unauthorized access and identify potential security risks Monitor surveillance systems such as CCTV to observe activity and respond promptly to suspicious behavior Enforce property rules and regulations with professionalism and tact Respond effectively to incidents, disturbances, or emergencies by following established protocols Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations for reporting purposes Assist visitors and employees with directions or inquiries in a courteous manner Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary to ensure safety Support loss prevention efforts by observing for theft or vandalism and reporting findings appropriately Requirements Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle stressful situations professionally Strong observational skills with attention to detail Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with the public and team members
