This role demands a high level of professionalism, along with a strong commitment to ensuring safety and security.   • Saturday 6:30 pm-1030 pm set schedule Thursday-Sunday every week midnight

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct patrols of assigned areas, on foot , to maintain safety and security.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while performing general security duties.
  • Utilize effective communication skills for radio and telephone interactions.
  • Prepare detailed reports, including daily activity reports, incident reports, offense reports, and fire reports.
  • Uphold professional standards by maintaining appearance and equipment.
  • Requirements:
  • Prior experience in carrying a firearm is essential.
  • Must possess a valid Security Guard Permit or Concealed Carry License.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a related security field is required.
  • Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
  • Candidates must successfully pass a background check and drug test.
  • Knowledge of security protocols and criminal investigation methods is preferred.
  • Integrity, honesty, and the ability to engage effectively with the public are crucial.
  • A valid driver's license is necessary.
  • Proficiency in preparing and comprehending written materials, such as incident reports.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Skill in organizing multiple tasks while maintaining workflow.
  • Capability to foster professional working relationships with colleagues.
  • Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to climb, push, stand, hear, walk, reach, grasp, kneel, stoop, and perform repetitive motions.
  • Good balance and coordination are essential.
  • Must be capable of exerting up to 100 lbs. of force occasionally and/or up to 50 lbs. of force frequently.
  • Requires close visual acuity for data analysis, computer use, and extensive reading.
  • May necessitate the use of physical force to manage emergency situations.
  • Training and Qualifications:
  • Quarterly firearm qualifications and firearm safety training are mandatory.
  • Completion of an additional 40 hours of annual training, including active shooter response, CPR/First Aid, de-escalation techniques, and other relevant areas, is required.
