Job Description
Helping Hand Security is seeking professional, dependable Unarmed Security Officers to serve at a student housing apartment community. This is an observe and report position focused on maintaining a safe, orderly environment while delivering strong customer service to residents and guests. Evening and overnight shifts available. All shifts are fixed and consistent week-to-week. Responsibilities Conduct routine and consistent foot patrols of the property Monitor property activity and report incidents accurately and promptly Enforce property rules and community policies Provide professional customer service to residents and visitors Maintain visible presence to deter unwanted behavior Complete daily activity and incident reports using company technology Requirements Must be 24 years of age or older Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Reliable transportation to and from the job site Reliable transportation available during shift if needed Must own and be able to operate a smartphone (required for company reporting software) Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during foot patrol Strong communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor
