As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Documentation in Butner, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. You will support a welcoming environment while working as part of a reliable, agile, and innovative Allied Universal team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a retail distribution location. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols of the distribution facility, exterior perimeter, parking areas, loading docks, trailer yards, and access points to help identify and report unusual activity or hazards. Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, documenting visitor and vendor activity, and directing authorized personnel to appropriate areas. Observe and report security-related conditions, facility issues, and policy violations through clear written reports and timely communication with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Minimum Requirements:
Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
