Job Description As a Security Officer Morning Rover Patrol in Durham, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. This driving position requires a valid driver's license. PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, patients, and/or contractors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency personnel as directed. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the healthcare location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations. Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, helping to deter unauthorized entry and supporting controlled access to designated areas. Document patrols, observations, incidents, and unusual activity accurately and promptly in accordance with Allied Universal and site reporting requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. A Guard Card or license is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
