This is a full-time onsite position in Ft. Bragg, NC. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Lead a team of cybersecurity analysts supporting 24x7 SOC operations. Coordinate cyber incident response. Oversee continuous monitoring activities. Review security alerts and incident investigations. Manage vulnerability remediation. Lead ATO package development and maintenance. Coordinate change management. Ensure compliance with RMF requirements. Produce operational metrics and reports. Mentor cybersecurity personnel. Required Skills, Experience & Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 10+ years cybersecurity experience. 3+ years leading SOC teams. Experience with SIEM platforms. Experience supporting RMF. Knowledge of endpoint security solutions. CISSP preferred or equivalent IAT III certification. Active TS/SCI with CI Poly. Desired Skills/Experience GIAC certifications Splunk Enterprise Security Microsoft Defender HBSS/ePO ACAS Army Cyber experience
