Job Requirements Fort Liberty, NC Top Secret/SCI Polygraph Unspecified Career Level not specified Salary not specified Join Premium to unlock estimated salaries Job Description SMX is seeking a Tier 3 Unified Communications Engineer to provide Tier 3 engineering, administration, sustainment, and troubleshooting for Unified Communications, VTC, and conference room capabilities supporting classified and unclassified environments. The successful candidate will ensure secure, reliable collaboration services for Government mission operations. This is a full-time onsite position in Ft. Bragg, NC. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Engineer, configure, operate, and maintain Cisco/Tandberg VTC and Unified Communications systems. Provide Tier 3 troubleshooting, fault isolation, and root-cause analysis. Schedule and support executive-level VTC sessions and conference services. Develop SOPs, conduct site surveys, and recommend technical improvements. Perform asset accountability, lifecycle management, and system security functions. Support multi-classification VTC environments and bridge operations. Train end users and IT staff on supported capabilities. Required Skills, Experience & Education Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience). 12-15 years of relevant experience. Security+ (IAT Level II) or equivalent. Active TS/SCI clearance. Experience with Cisco/Tandberg codecs, networking, and Microsoft Office. Desired Skills/Experience Army Intel experience.
