Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking energetic and vigilant Day and Night Security Guards to join our team in both full-time and part-time capacities. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment during nighttime hours by monitoring premises, preventing unauthorized access, and responding swiftly to any incidents. Your proactive approach will help protect our property, assets, and personnel while ensuring a peaceful night for everyone involved. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields to apply their skills in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Conduct regular patrols of the property to identify potential security breaches or safety hazards. Control access points by verifying identification and authorizations for employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel. Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed. Maintain detailed logs of activities, incidents, and observations throughout your shift. Skills Knowledge of conflict management techniques to handle disputes calmly and effectively. Ability to perform first aid and CPR in emergency situations to provide immediate assistance when needed. Familiarity with law enforcement procedures and legal considerations related to security operations. Excellent observation skills with keen attention to detail during night hours of low activity. Background in military, security services, or law enforcement is highly desirable. Ability to remain alert and focused during long shifts while maintaining professionalism at all times.
