Securitas is seeking a Security Officer dedicated to our client SIG Sauer. In this role, you will control facility access, verify credentials, conduct patrols, and monitor security systems to protect people, property, and assets. You will respond to alarms and incidents, document events, and enforce site policies with professionalism and discretion. Responsibilities Control access to SIG Sauer facilities, verify identification, and issue badges per site protocols Conduct regular interior and exterior patrols to deter theft, vandalism, and safety hazards Monitor CCTV, alarms, and security systems, promptly investigating irregularities Respond to incidents, emergencies, and alarms; follow established escalation and communication procedures Prepare clear, accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and documentation for the client and Securitas Enforce client policies and Securitas procedures while maintaining a professional, customer-focused presence Communicate effectively with client staff, visitors, and Securitas supervisors to relay safety and security information Support emergency drills, evacuations, and coordination with public safety as needed Maintain a neat, professional appearance and uphold Securitas standards of integrity, vigilance, and helpfulness Participate in required training and certifications to enhance skills and support career advancement Required Skills Access control management CCTV and alarm monitoring Incident reporting and documentation Patrol procedures (interior/exterior) Emergency response protocols Radio and security communications Conflict de-escalation Customer service in security settings Report writing and log maintenance Basic computer and security systems use
