Campus:
Maintain a safe environment by conducting routine center-wide security tours, managing visitor control, and handling student accountability.
Investigate & Prevent:
Look into campus incidents or accidents under management direction, prepare detailed reports, and recommend smart corrective actions.
Hazard Spotting:
Perform routine safety inspections of equipment and facilities to proactively identify and eliminate security or health risks. Respond to
Emergencies:
Take swift, appropriate action during urgent situations, serving as a reliable point of contact for staff and students.
Support Campus Life:
Enforce occupational safety standards, help dorm staff with inspections, and provide occasional residential or transportation assistance.
Mentor Future Professionals:
Act as a positive role model by modeling Career Success Standards, showing respect, and holding students accountable for their actions. Qualifications & Experience High School Diploma or equivalent required (Advanced degrees preferred). Prior experience with Job Corps or a similar youth/community program is highly preferred. Valid in-state Driver's License with a driving record meeting company insurability requirements. Physical capability to sit, stand, walk, climb, and lift up to 40 pounds.
