What You'll Expect As a Lead Security Officer, you'll monitor and coordinate casino security operations to maintain a safe and secure environment. You'll assist in investigations, ensure compliance with laws and regulations, and provide guidance to Security Officers during your shift. What You'll Do Provide exceptional customer service to guests and team members Monitor casino floor activity and coordinate all security operations Assist with investigations and complete detailed incident reports Enforce laws, gaming regulations, and company policies Prevent entry by minors or intoxicated individuals; preserve order on the premises Respond to emergencies, defuse volatile situations, and ensure proper notifications Assist in training and evaluating Security Officers Communicate effectively with Surveillance and report suspicious activity Safely operate security equipment and vehicles What You'll Bring Strong communication, observation, and conflict-resolution skills Ability to work effectively under pressure and in crowded environments Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 45 lbs. and assist with detaining disorderly patrons if necessary Ability to recall events accurately and complete detailed documentation What We Require Ability to obtain and maintain a Gaming license Must pass background check and drug screening Work may involve exposure to weather extremes, loud noise, secondhand smoke, and other environmental factors Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, and holidays
