Job Description

In this role, you'll patrol the facility, respond to incidents, assist guests, and help protect company assets while delivering exceptional customer service. But this isn't just a job. What You'll Do Patrol the casino and surrounding property to ensure safety and security Monitor for suspicious activity and report violations of company policies and gaming regulations Respond to guest, employee, and emergency situations quickly and professionally Escort guests when requested and provide exceptional customer service Complete incident reports, inspections, and other required documentation Assist with lost and found procedures Transport gaming drop boxes and perform other security-related duties Identify potential safety concerns and take proactive action Support emergency response efforts, including contacting law enforcement and medical personnel when needed What We're Looking For High School Diploma or equivalent required Valid New Hampshire Driver's License with a clean driving record Security, law enforcement, military, or related experience preferred Strong observation, conflict resolution, and communication skills Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced situations Comfortable using computers and completing reports CPR, First Aid, AED, and Blood-Borne Pathogens certifications required or ability to obtain Must be at least 21 years of age Why Join Us 100% Employee-Owned
