Responsibilities:

• Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment
• Protect property and assets by enforcing access control and following security protocols
• Respond to alarms and incidents promptly, taking appropriate action as necessary
• Conduct thorough investigations of any suspicious activities or incidents
• Maintain accurate records of security-related activities, including incident reports and daily logs
• Monitor surveillance cameras and other security equipment to ensure effective coverage
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and emergency services when necessary

Requirements:

• Proven experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred
• Valid CPR and First Aid certifications are highly desirable
• Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
• Knowledge of surveillance techniques and familiarity with CCTV systems
• Ability to assess potential risks and take appropriate preventive measures
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• High level of integrity, honesty, and professionalism Please note that possession of a valid security officer certificate or relevant training is required.
