In this vital role, you will safeguard the premises, ensure adherence to security regulations, and provide a secure environment for staff and visitors alike. Your proactive approach and keen observation skills will help maintain a safe, compliant, and welcoming atmosphere for all. Your job Duties! Monitor and control access points using advanced access control systems to ensure only authorized personnel enter the premises Conduct regular patrols of the dispensary, including inside and outside areas, utilizing CCTV surveillance to identify any suspicious activity Respond swiftly to incidents or emergencies by implementing established emergency response procedures, including first aid, CPR, AED operation, and fire safety protocols Write detailed incident reports to document security events accurately and thoroughly for legal and operational purposes Perform background checks on new employees or visitors as part of compliance with security protocols Manage conflict de-escalation techniques to handle disputes or unruly behavior professionally and effectively Operate security equipment such as Taser devices, firearms (where legally permitted), and CCTV systems to ensure physical security measures are upheld Skills Proven experience in surveillance operations, law enforcement, military security or related fields with a strong understanding of physical security principles Knowledge of emergency response procedures including first aid, CPR, AED operation, and fire safety measures Ability to perform manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting when necessary for safety or operational needs Excellent incident report writing skills with attention to detail and clarity Familiarity with access control systems and CCTV monitoring technology Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in high-pressure situations Capable of performing background checks and conducting thorough security assessments in compliance with regulations Skilled in conflict management and de-escalation techniques to maintain a safe environment for staff and visitors Tech savy Please send your Resume to cannaremediesnj@gmail.com !
