Duties Monitor and control access for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors using access control systems and manual checks Conduct CCTV surveillance to observe activity around entry points, perimeter fences, and secure areas Perform regular patrols of the premises to identify security breaches or safety hazards Respond promptly to emergency situations by following established procedures including fire safety, medical emergencies, or security incidents Write detailed incident reports documenting any security breaches, accidents, or unusual activities Assist law enforcement or emergency responders during incidents or investigations as needed Conduct background checks on visitors or personnel when required to ensure compliance with security policies Qualifications Proven experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable Knowledge of surveillance equipment such as CCTV systems and access control technologies Certifications in first aid, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), AED (Automated External Defibrillator) operation, and firearm handling preferred Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and physical security patrols Skilled in incident report writing with attention to detail and clarity Familiarity with emergency response procedures and conflict de-escalation techniques Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage conflict management and conflict de-escalation effectively Capable of performing background checks and conducting thorough security screenings in compliance with regulations Physically fit to stand for extended periods, patrol large areas, and perform heavy lifting when necessary Join us as a Gate Attendant and be a key player in safeguarding our environment!
