The Security Officer will conduct routine vehicle patrols throughout the property and surrounding areas, monitor for suspicious activity, respond to incidents, and enforce community policies while providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular vehicle patrols of the residential property, parking areas, and surrounding perimeter. Monitor the property for suspicious activity, safety hazards, vandalism, trespassing, or unauthorized persons. Respond promptly and professionally to security incidents, alarms, and resident concerns. Complete detailed daily activity reports and incident reports. Observe and report maintenance issues, property damage, and safety concerns to management. Enforce community rules and regulations in a courteous and professional manner. Assist emergency responders by providing access to the property and directing them to incident locations. Maintain a visible security presence to deter criminal activity. Communicate effectively with property management, residents, local law enforcement, and emergency services when necessary. Ensure all entrances, exits, gates, and common areas remain secure during assigned shifts. Qualifications Previous security, law enforcement, military, or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to safely operate a patrol vehicle. Strong observation, communication, and report-writing skills. Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions during emergencies. Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently. Must be able to stand, walk, drive, and patrol for extended periods in various weather conditions. Physical Requirements Walk, stand, and drive for extended periods. Work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Perform routine patrols throughout the property and surrounding areas.

$18.00 per hour
