You will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment through vigilant surveillance, prompt incident response, and effective conflict management. Respond swiftly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents. Manage access control by verifying identities of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors during overnight hours. Requirements MUST have NJ Sora License Knowledge of loss prevention techniques to deter theft or vandalism on-site. Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and coordination with emergency responders.
