Job Overview We are seeking a vigilant and proactive Security Officer to safeguard our premises, assets, and personnel. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe environment through vigilant surveillance, conflict management, and emergency response. Your role will involve monitoring security systems, controlling access points, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Duties Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems to detect suspicious activity or security breaches Control access to the facility by verifying credentials of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify potential security risks or safety hazards Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, including medical situations requiring CPR or first aid Manage conflict situations with professionalism and de-escalation techniques to ensure safety for all parties Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders during incidents or investigations Maintain detailed records of security activities, incident reports, and access logs Requirements Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service or related fields is highly desirable Valid certifications in first aid, CPR, and conflict management are preferred Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance technology is essential Strong understanding of loss prevention strategies and security protocols Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle stressful situations effectively Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members, visitors, and emergency responders Physical ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods as required Join us in creating a secure environment where safety is our top priority!
