$43.25/hr total compensation ($21.00 taxed + $22.25 non-taxable per diem) About the role DT-Trak Consulting, Inc. — a Native American-owned, ISBEE-certified federal staffing firm — is hiring a Security Guard to provide non-personal security services at the Jicarilla Service Unit (JSU), an Indian Health Service (IHS) facility in Dulce, New Mexico. This is a full-time position on a federal contract with a base year and up to four option years.

$21.00/hr Non-taxable per diem rate: $22.25/hr Blended hourly rate (total compensation): $43.25/hr Weekly breakdown (40 hours): Gross taxed wages: $840.00/week Non-taxable per diem (not subject to withholding): $890.00/week Total weekly compensation: $1,730.00/week •Per diem is non-taxable when paid under an IRS accountable plan at or below GSA rates. What you'll do Conduct routine foot patrols of buildings, grounds, and parking areas Monitor security camera systems and manage visitor access and badging Respond to all JSU emergency codes (medical, fire, disturbance, hazardous material, armed attacker) Control access at entry points; support law enforcement when requested Maintain daily activity logs and prepare same-day incident reports Assist clinical staff during emergency situations and patient transport Support morgue chain-of-custody procedures per JSU policy Secure and open the facility at designated times Schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (30-minute unpaid lunch break). 40 hours per week. 100% on-site coverage required.
