Job Description
Andy Frain Services seeks a Security Officer to protect guests, staff, and assets at entertainment and sports venues within the Security & Law Enforcement department. In this visible, customer-facing role, you will control access points, manage crowds, conduct patrols, and respond to incidents, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment. Responsibilities include ticket and credential verification, monitoring for safety hazards, documenting incidents, and assisting with emergencies. You'll collaborate closely with venue staff and public safety partners while upholding our values of professionalism, respect, and excellent customer service. Responsibilities Control access to entertainment and sports venues, verifying credentials and tickets Patrol facility, seating areas, and perimeter to deter theft, vandalism, and unsafe behavior Monitor crowds, respond to disturbances, and use de-escalation to resolve conflicts Support emergency response, evacuations, and first aid per company procedures Document and report incidents, safety hazards, and suspicious activity Provide courteous assistance and directions to guests and staff Coordinate with law enforcement and event management as needed Required Skills Access control Crowd management Incident reporting Patrol procedures CCTV monitoring basics Radio communication De-escalation techniques Customer service Emergency response Report writing
